Due to banking deadlines, advanced deadlines apply for the following pay periods; exceptions cannot be made.
- Thursday, September 12, 2024
- Thursday, October 24, 2024
- Payroll deadlines for the month of December will be available in November

Regular Deadlines
Due to the banking deadlines, exceptions cannot be made.
The below items must be approved and submitted to Human Resources by noon on the Thursday deadline for processing, with the exception of the advanced deadlines;
- Non-teaching and teaching staffing requests
- STEC鈥檚 (Short Term Employment Contract)
- Timesheets
- Substitution
- Certificates of Absence
- Vacation change requests
